James Harden To Team Up With Kevin Durant Again… For The Nets? November 17, 2020 Adrian Sterne https://plus.google.com/u/0/107032931670136448831

James Harden & Kevin Durant whilst playing for the Oklahoma City ThunderSpeculation continues to grow about All Star James Harden’s future with the Houston Rockets.

Harden has been with the Rockets since 2012 and has been their key player for the last 8 seasons.

However, the 31 year old is frustrated with the Rockets as he does not believe they have the resources to help him win an NBA Championship.

Hardin has said in the past that he would like to finish his NBA career with the Rockets but it appears that he might have had a change of heart after speaking to Kevin Durant. Hardin and Durant used to be teammates when they played for Oklahoma City Thunder in the past (pictured).

Kevin Durant left the Golden State Warriors in 2019 but did not play for the Nets in 2020 as he was injured. Durant is looking to lead the Brooklyn Nets to an NBA Championship in the coming season and knows that his task will be a lot easier if Harden ends up joining the Nets.

Hardin apparently feels the same way as he would like to team up with Durant and Kyrie Irving and turn the Nets into one of the most dominant franchises in the league. Whether that will be possible this season remains to be seen?

Rockets Will Make Huge Demand

The Houston Rockets are keen to keep James Hardin with them but have admitted they are open to hearing what other teams are willing to offer them to secure Hardin. So far there has been no official trade discussions between the Nets and the Rockets but rest assured if the Rockets decide to trade Hardin they will make some big demands. Those demands will include pick swaps, a number of players being traded in exchange for Hardin and draft picks.

The Nets have a number of impressive young players that they could trade including Spencer Dinwiddie and Caris LeVert. The big question is whether the Nets will be willing to meet all of those demands in exchange for Hardin?

The Rockets are also looking to bring in new talent to help James Hardin and Russell Westbrook for the coming season. Whether Hardin will wait around to see what happens and play out another season with the Rockets or whether he will push for free agency is anybody’s guess as of now!
