Expect the below odds to change with each passing day as we move closer to Sep 19. However, the general consensus is that defending champions Mumbai Indians are the favorites to win (4.75) and in second place is Sunrisers Hyderabad (5.50).

This means that if you place a $10 bet on the Mumbai Indians before the tournament begins and they end up winning, you get a payout of $50. IPL fans would have expected Chennai Super Kings (6.50) to be in the top two teams to win but CSK have suffered the loss of their vice-captain Suresh Raina who has been a key cog in the CSK line-up.
